Qualifications
All fighters must be weapon masters, learning how to use All simple and Martial weapons, as well as and light, medium, and heavy armor.
Career Progression
Typically, Fighters can become many different types of warriors, typically being Knights, Generals, Arcane Soldiers, Magic Archers, Cavalry leaders, and Battlemasters.
Somtiemes, before someone becomes a fighter, they go down a religious path, and instead become a paladin.
Payment & Reimbursement
Fighters are paid based on what type of fighter they are. Thugs and Tribal warriors don't usually get paid, rather they get money through other, less official means usually. Knights and Soldiers are paid around 5-15 gold. All other types of fighters are usually treated as mercenaries, so payment can vary dramatically.
Other Benefits
Fighters usually retire early, due to the fact that they are constantly hired as mercenaries, or they are Knights who are paid by the Government. Depending on the Fighter, they are usually treated differently. Because most fighters are trained Knights, they tend to be well received.
