Career Progression

Typically, Fighters can become many different types of warriors, typically being Knights, Generals, Arcane Soldiers, Magic Archers, Cavalry leaders, and Battlemasters.   Somtiemes, before someone becomes a fighter, they go down a religious path, and instead become a paladin.

Payment & Reimbursement

Fighters are paid based on what type of fighter they are. Thugs and Tribal warriors don't usually get paid, rather they get money through other, less official means usually. Knights and Soldiers are paid around 5-15 gold. All other types of fighters are usually treated as mercenaries, so payment can vary dramatically.
