Personal history
Tula was born in Zora's Domain. She fell in love with an adventurer Zora who did most of his adventuring along the coast and islands. To be closer to him, she moved to Zola's Ocean Outpost. He passed away during one of his adventures though.
Tula became the governess at Ocean Outpost after living there for a few years. She has a daughter, Lureta .
Education
Tula was highly educated in Zora's Domain. She was studying to take government positions before she moved to the Outpost.
Employment
Tula is the Zora's Ocean Governess. She is the leader of the Zora troops, and is in charge of managing the soldiers, making their schedules, and organizing their routes.

Tula became one of the youngest governors of the Ocean Outpost.
Failures & Embarrassments
Tula has been under fire as of late. The monsters in the ocean are increasing, the foam has been disastrous, her daughter is missing, and the first Zola were born not too long ago. The governess's position is to act as a leader for the soldiers to maintain a healthy, peaceful ocean, and it seems that under her rule, this is not being accomplished.

Her husband was killed while adventuring. No one knows what killed him, but most agree that it was not a storm or poor sailing as he was an excellent sailor. Search parties just found his boat washed upon the shore, smashed to pieces.
