Ground Hawk

Ground hawks are predatory dinosaurs that hunt in packs and leap onto prey, tearing it apart with their vicious claws. Some very experienced peoples have managed to tame these creatures as mounts and companions, but given the rare and savage nature of this beast, this doesn't happen often. Parents are fiercely protective of eggs and chicks, and many foolish "adventurers" have died trying to get some.   Keen Hearing and Smell. The hawk has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.   Pack Tactics. The hawk has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the hawk's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.   Pounce. If the hawk moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, the target must succeed a DC 12 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the hawk can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action, and the target is grappled (escape DC 12).
