Crimson Typoon is a legendary Adrelli Katana that has been used in numerous battels throughout Adrealli history. The sword has a deep crimson blade with a bright ivory white hilt.

History

During the Seige Of Stalfagel a large typhoon blew through the city, turning the already chaotic battlefield into a hellscape. During this, Adrealli forces began to fall back to the relative safety of the city's walls. During the retreat, a swordsmen stayed behind to brave the storm and cover their comrades from the elven assault The, swordsman, Decima Sevillus, drew his Katana and charged. Legends say Sevillus moved with such speed and precision through the elven ranks that he was little more than a blur moving from target to target, leaving a long trail of corpses as he went.
Eventually he felled not by an enemy, but by nature. One of the typhoons many lightning bolts struck Sevillus, killing him instantly. In his wake, nearly a hundred elves lay slaim.
Two centuries later, the blade would end up on the battlefield again. During a Garvug invasion, a large contingent of lizardfolk had reached Farbanti. A mysterious traveller arrived into the city, and joined the fray. The warrior, belived to have been a Gate Farer, used a crimson katana to slice through the ranks of lizardfolk. By the end of the battle, a little over a hundred bodies lay strewn about. The mysterious warrior left the battlefield, never to be seen again.
The blade would see use in three other battles, again against the elves, once against a Ssthra invasion, and again during the defense of northern Adreal during a Vulpis invasion.

Significance

The Crimson Typhoon has become an important part of Adrelli culture. Although it's whereabouts have been unknown for nearly 200 years, many peole from across Ghala have searched for it.
