Bavoroth (Bav-uh-roth)
Bavoroth is a high ranking lieutenant in the [Draconic Imperium's army. He is in charge of overseeing the "cleansing" the populations of conquered areas. This grisly job has earned him the nickname of "the butcher".
Bavoroth spends most of his time in his palace located in the city of Venmaya, where him and his men toture POWs from the IDC
