Custodian Knights

The Custodian Kinghts are the Empire's best fighters when it comes to only use phisical abilities and not magic spells, although there are knighs users, which enchanted weapons and armor, they do not cast spells or magic to that degree of the paladins.

Grandmaster, Custodian of the Empire

The leader of the custodian knights, appointed by the emperor from the Custodian grandmarshals. Once appointed, he has to carry his duty until death of age make him unable to continue.

Custodian Grandmarshal

High ranking officials of the custodian. These are the ones in charge of the fortreses of the border, or armies of the custodian knights.

Custodian commander

If the grandmarshal is leading an army,depending on the size, he may have custodian commanders that aid him managing and commanding the army in battle.

Custodians serving under the commanders or grandmarshals, leading the Custodians

Custodian Knight

The knights of the order, if they do not posses great leadership capacities or have not achieve great deeds, this is the highest a knigh could go.

Custodian at arms

Soldiers of the order, the have not achieve knight status, between themselves they use the term "novices" to refer at the recruit until they prove themselves to the other soldiers, or serve for an ammount of time.

Public Agenda

They are tasked with the defense of the Empire, they man the diferent fortress of the borders, and have several armies to deploy as addicional defenses or to face of an invasion force. They do not leave the Empire's borders.

History

After the battle of Feriath and the seige of Gelthar Gethfir, decided to construct fortresses in the borders of the empire, and created the Order on a latter date to permanently man the fortresses in order to secure the Empire. While in the beggining the Custodians only manned the fortresses in the border as the empire gained in size the also started man more and more fortresses which made the order grow considerably, even more after the Gethfir I at the ending of his reign allowed the order to have several armies ready in diferent locations to reinforce in times of need or a last resort defense while the Imperial army and paladins gathered their force to intervene.
