Personal history

The Eldest was born amidst the Primordial Chaos, when one of the primordial beings that dwelled in it accidentally thought about 'mighty dragon, one that could control everything'. Thus the Eldest was created, and as first and - then - only being he was able to think without making his thoughts manifest unconsciously.
Thus he was able to understand the nature of Primordial Chaos, a chaotic blend of reality and unreality, when every thoughts of any being was immediately manifested. Where humans - that came from the Outside and were imprisoned by their own chaotic thoughts - creating new life from nothing (life whose thoughts only strenghtened the Chaos) and shaping geography itself into forms they were familiar with.
After understanding the nature of Chaos, the Eldest used its power to created first of its supposed descendants - ancient dragons. Then, he brainwashed every single living being planetwide, by introducing to them the Laws of Magicks and separating the reality (Light) from unreality (Dark), creating the world as we know today.
Then he spent thousands of years being the strongest entity beneath the Sun, while supressing technological progress he believed to be responsible for creating Primordial Chaos in the first place, ruling over First Empire.
His life came to an end when Kashya the Dragonslayer, first Dark One to visit the Gates of Eternity begun war against First Empire. He succeeded in slaying her, but collapse due to his wounds in eastern Karathia, with his dying breath using remnants of Primordial Chaos power he stored to transmute himself into the Dragonbone Mountains.
What his progeny - that soon began a devastating civil war while sqaubbling for his heritage - did not know, was that the Eldest survived, his mind forever imprisoned in the Dragonbone Mountains. With his body - that still contained his essence... and power beyond anything else seen in the world since his death - awaiting the next incursion of Darkness.
