Mythology & Lore

The main "mythology" of this cult following just consists on the story of Runihura's past conquests, his magic and power, and what will happen once they complete their "loyalty" to him.

Divine Origins

This cult following began after Runihura managed to reach some communication with a Gaurdian and convinced them to help him and follow him. This cult has grown over the centuries, gaining more and more people, some even getting possessed and gaining power of their own. His mostly got his following from the Sun and Moon kingdom as they were the kingdoms set up by Anita and Kushim but he gets his followers all over Garda, no matter the kingdom.

Tenets of Faith

The faith in Runihura is just fuelled in "be loyal to me, and you will get anything your heart desires, do anything I say, and you will be fine" There's not a set of laws/sin in this religion, just stay loyal to Runihura and do WHATEVER he says. Failure to do this will have consequences, such as being stripped of their power or flat out getting killed.

Priesthood

Diedamia tecniqually guides the people in this cult, as she's the one being directly controlled by Runihura. She's the one that keeps the rest of the followers in check, like a Queen, and makes sure Runihura's tasks her being fulfilled.

Granted Divine Powers

Diedamia was given the power of telekinesis and earth control, powers that take full advantage of her rage and lust for vengeance, and make sure Runihura is in total control.

Political Influence & Intrigue

Since Runihura's goal is to conquer Garda and Earth he uses his followers to help destroy and weaken the other kingdoms, getting rid of any other powerful species that might try and stop him. And of course people do try and stop him, that's a the plot of the book, and how the whole war started in the first place.
 Runihura is the one to blame for the War Kingdom leaving Garda as a kingdom and for the monarchy's in Garda to be abolished in the first place, and this war is what makes Garda pre-induerlised and not as good or well as it could have been if Runihura didn't try and take control.
