Mechanics & Inner Workings

In the mirror lives Abdul Hq which grants the mirror his powers of being able to analyse a persons brain and read their minds and the crystals and stones it's made out of help protect it from any strong magic and basically helps make it magical.

Manufacturing process

1. Collected the gems and used dremel's to cut them very carefully.
2. Melted them down.
3. Used their magic to carefully place together the new glass 
4. Melted gold gold and used an anvil and hammered and shaped it to make it's outline. 
5. The spirit and it's magic helped with the rest (such as putting all together). 

History

The mirror of self was invented by King Aput, Queen Anita, King Kushim and the spirit Abdul Hq which is known by the Guardians as the "truth spirit". They made it for integration, to try to restore possessed people like Eumeila or Diedamia (people who weren't "born" dark spirits more turned into one) to their original selves. After a butch of dark spirits tried to steal it in order to turn people mad they hid it away in a forgotten part of the Peace Kingdom castle, collecting dust until it needed to be used again. 
After the War it was almost completely forgotten about as it was believed to have been destroyed during an ambush on the castle. It was discovered a thousand years later by the main characters of the story and then used to order to help defeat Deidamia.

Significance

It was made in order to try to restore dark spirits back to their original selves by diving deep into their minds and finding their biggest insecurities, issues and problems in order to break them down. The rulers though it was a bit cruel but Abdul Hq thought it was the best course of action.

Raw materials & Components

It's made out of some of the most rare and important gems and crystals in the Peace Kingdom such as moondust gems, the lilac crystals, the seafoam pearls, etc. They cut them very carefully and used them to make the glass in the mirror, granting the mirror some of they're qualities (protecting, healing, etc) to help keep it powerful and maintained.   As for the outline of the mirror they used gold for the outline.
