Commoners (Common-ers)
The Commoners are the lowest rank, they're basically everybody else. The bakers, farmers, school teachers, shop owners, blacksmiths, etc, etc. Commoners make up most of Garda's population, not all the commoners are poor, a lot of them just have a average amount of money. Commoners aren't allowed to practice advanced magic.
Commoners live in villages, towns or cities and just wear normal clothes made out of cloth and wool and have to either buy their food at the market or grow it themselves. They have a lot less privileges then any social class and it's hard for commoners to get a advanced education or become noble, but that doesn't mean it can't happen.
Duties
A commoner doesn't really have any duties, just to respect their higher ups and do normal jobs like a baker or a farmer or a school teacher.
Responsibilities
Again they don't have proper responsibilities, just to help manage the kingdom through their crops and hard work and also not committing any crimes.

Some higher ranks can also call this social rank "peasants" although it's a little rude
