Beast Hunter
Career
Qualifications
In order to become a beast hunter a person must:
- Must have basic combat training
- Studied animal biology
- Know how to use at least one weapon (although there have been exceptions)
Career Progression
If a person has all these requirements they can become a beast hunter right away and if they get good enough they can be become the next beast leader.
If a kid already decides they REALLY want to become a beast hunter they can become an apprentice and after their believed to be skilled enough they can then become a true beast hunter.
Payment & Reimbursement
Beast hunters are personally paid by whoever has hired them so it all just depends on how much their hirer has paid them. However most of their hirers are quite well-off so it's not like they have a poor salary.
Other Benefits
Beast hunters are respected as they're seen as warriors and the only people who dare fight the beasts of Garda, however some people view them as failed military soldiers. Some beasts hunters actually become famous for their work.
Perception
Purpose
The purpose of the beast hunters is quite simple, to catch wild and dangerous beasts that try to attack anyone. It's like animal control but more cool.
Social Status
You wouldn't catch a noble person becoming a beast hunter as it's seen as too "dangerous" and sometimes even "common". Most beast hunters are common people from average families although some do come from military families wanting something a bit more tame or some people are from a long line of beast hunters.
History
Beasts hunters came to be not long after the Dark and Light Kingdom was first established. Anita and Kushim were struggling to expand their kingdom and travel to meet up with their allies and friends with dangerous beasts trying to attack them and their kingdom. Beasts such as the dragonite would smell their food and try to attack the village. A group of warriors volunteered to keep the beasts away. They did it so well the King and Queen began to pay them a great deal and it became a profession.

Workplace
The beasts hunters travel around a lot around their kingdom so that they can get to the beasts quickly. They stay in very large wooden huts and tents. In there they store their weapons and have spaces for cooking and sleeping. They have a large wooden table for making more weapons and for checking or making their maps.
Provided Services
The only services the beast hunters provide is capturing and killing dangerous beasts.
Dangers & Hazards
Being a beast hunter can be very dangerous, some dangers of being a beast hunter are, of course, being attacked by a creature, getting seriously injured, or in the very worse cases, death.
