12th Fist of Flame (a.k.a. Roxy)
A young Halfling woman, and one of the Fists of Flame, the leadership of the Halfling's Haulers Union. She is the youngest individual to ever be raised to the position of Flamefist, to say nothing of coming from such obscure origins - her parentage is still a mystery, though rumor claims she may be related to Roscoe Everbro. Focused, decisive, and reportedly ruthless, no one knows where her ambitions lies, or what she's willing to do to see her goals achieved.
Connection to the Party
Roxanne assisted Bardin Gorekkson in his trial during the Original Timeline by providing him with ace attorney Tye Truewing. The case was never resolved, as the party died shortly after the court dismissed the initial hearing to confer about the statements made by the defense - particularly about Atrus. During the First Timeline Rewrite, Roxanne was approached by the party, who requested her aid in fixing history. She agreed, but asked that they give her knowledge of the future in a specific regard - who was going to win in a series of gambling games and events down the road. With some reluctance, they agreed to do so. Shortly thereafter, Roxanne must have received a visit from the party in the future, because she asked them to remain in the city for three days. She also seemed to have prescient knowledge about certain events which were going to occur. Afterwards, the party boarded the Waymaker and set sail for the Dharklin Mining Colony, courtesy of Roxanne's financial support.
The youngest Flamefist in the Halfling's Haulers Union, her disposition is as fiery as her title... and her hair. Choosing to side with the Rogue Avatars, she provides financial and logistical support to the party. When it suits her, of course.
