Gunnery Sergeant Marcus Walker

Marcus Walker was born November 1, 2299 in Australia to Andrew M. Walker and Lucy Smith. In 2312, Marcus, his father, and his cousin Aaron Walker went on a fishing trip off the eastern coast of Australia. In this trip, Marcus' father died in a storm while his son and nephew made it back to the coast. After loosing his father at 12, Marcus, his brother Julius, and his mother moved to Sydney to live with his uncle, Captain Kenneth C. Walker. In 2318 at the age of 17, Marcus enlisted in the Colonial Marine Corps. The year after he married his girlfriend, Delilah Bennett and deployed on board the INS Spicer. He spent six years on board before returning home and having a child with his wife. He redeployed to Sydney for the next four years before being called to Mars. At the start of the Second Nationalist Civil War in 2330, Marcus was a Staff Sergeant. The following year he headed Gangrene Squad in Martian operations and would eventually die defending OSS-1 from rebel attacks in 2334.
