The Mexican capital. It was the scene of major rebellion in the First Nationalist Civil War.

History

The city was founded in 1325 by the Mexica people. The city was conquered by the Spanish in 1519 and would remain a colony until independence in 1821. In 2107 the city's country of the United Mexican States joined the Empire.
