Prelude

Though not a time-traveler himself, Prelude exists for the purpose of opening a rip in space and time and bringing the Society for the Advancement of Human Biology through it and into the present day.

Very strongly inclined to temporal magic. Is constantly seeing a second or so into the past and future, and can on occasion manifest more impressive powers such as predicting an opponent's actions or creating a temporal duplicate of himself.
