Megumin Hisako

A student at Halcyon Academy class 1-3 .
Hisako is a learner explosionist, that recites long elaborate chants, to cast huge destructive explosions. Outside of class, she wears a steepled hat, and an eye-patch, that she insists are catalysts that increase her powers, though it's likely that in truth, this attire is just a hobby of hers. She feigns a cool and collected persona that is easily shattered, and reveals a bubbly and excitable demeanor. Her personality, however, hides her skill and destructiveness.
