Kamiko Yuri

A student at Halcyon Academy class 1-4 .
Yuri is a girl who sports straight white hair, and light blue eyes. She wears long sleeved white robes, that hide riggings serving various purposes. She is a gifter electromancer, that uses the riggings under her robes to shoot daggers and wires, that she then uses to channel her electricity through. Matter of fact and pragmatic, she is analytical in her approach to most things, preferring the path of least resistance, to frontal strategies.
