Kashythianns are extremely hostile by nature, and have the urge to make suitably intelligent beings their servitors. This means that they have very bad diplomatic relations with other states, that are usually either non-existent or some form of tenuous peace agreement that they will break when they think they have the power to overwhelm the other side.

Kashythianns have an extensive array of merchant and military level starships that provide logistics and transport around their teritory.
Education
From a young age, Kashythianns are taught that they are superior and are destined to have servitors. They are indoctrinated with the ideals of the regime that has driven the entire 'Hegemony' forward and into oblivion.
