The Most Disogranised Religion of 2020

As I wrote about Catholicism I thought "damn, that's a strictly hierarchical religion". I also thought that in most fantasy and even sci-fi settings religions are mostly based on Catholicism. But what about those which aren't organized! Won't spoil them to you, you'll have to research it yourselves ;) . So I had an idea for this category.
I'd wanna read about a religion that's totally horizontal in its nature, not vertical like we're used to. The wiki article explains it quite in detail, but if don't want to read that, I've got just two rules.
1) It should be as disorganized as possible. 2) It should still work and feel like a unitary religion, with all the faithful having a general idea of what they believe in. The sense of unity should still be there ;)
