The Tower Keeper is a powerful undead that guarded the Templar's glass caches. Due to the tendency to shout curses, which then come true, the locals called the building nothing but "The Tower of the Seer".

The Bureau of Temporal Investigation summoned the Guardian when Damien Sinclair attempted to break the glass of a fence spell with a boulder. Fighting with the dead, the heroes won, but the creature managed to shout curses at them.
