Ringmaster

Only Predator is allowed to use this name as the title of their leader. No other organization, or other assassin's guild can use this. It is speculated that Ringmaster also expands to other assassin's guild, hence the absolute claim to the title.

Qualifications

The Ringmaster is the strongest in Predator. Only those with remarkable strength, resilient and endurance can become the Ringmaster.

Requirements

A Fera who has reached the age of 18 can request for a duel with the current Ringmaster. Regardless whether the Fera is an Alpha or Apex or a recruit, they are free to fight so long they survive the duel at the end.

Appointment

The way to prove this is through one-on-one fight to the death. Whoever manages to kill the previous Ringmaster will take over the mantle.

Duties

Though they rarely show themselves, their presence brings morale and comfort to their fellow Predators. They oversee the operations of the guild but their direct interaction would be with the Apex as they are the elites close to the Ringmaster. The Ringmaster will personally train the Apex and give tests that will prove their prowess before being acknowledge as an Apex.

Benefits

Predator has great influence all over Frantumare, mainly due to the diplomatic abilities of the Ringmaster. They can seek audience with leaders of kingdoms, cities and nations. As their clients consists of many in the nobility, the Ringmaster has advantage politically and can influence the leaders to consider their decisions.

Accoutrements & Equipment

There seems to be a tradition that a Ringmaster wears a furred cape with skulls as their shoulder guards, though there isn't any sort of universal uniform for a Ringmaster. The cape would be deep red and the furs are black.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Only death would truly dismiss someone from the title of the Ringmaster unless the previous holder decided to pass it down to the next holder instead.
