Rune exists as a rumor to the wood elves of the Forest of Dreams, but those who have truly seen her and her protection over the sacred forest know that she has been protecting them for a long time. Those who choose to follow her are concerned with the natural order of things and the protection of all natural life. Rune gives her power to those who have good in their hearts, who seek the best for mortality and those with a desire to protect.

Rune is truly beautiful. She is pure white and has a light radiance that surrounds her. She has a flowing mane of shimmering golden hair. She has opal eyes and a horn that spirals from her head in multiple hues of gold. There is no doubt why she is known as the Golden Protector.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Not much is known about Rune's history, though the wood elves believe that she is tied in some way to the Champion Lorena, offering her protection to the Champion's Forest of Dreams because of this alliance. Legend of Rune has exised in the Forest of Dreams since directly after the Shattering, though she does not often show herself.
