Ursos
Ursos (a.k.a. God of Arcana)
While many Gods of Enchantment tend towards causing chaos among humanity, Ursos took a different approach: he instead decided to disrupt the magics that were the province of the divine, and made it possible to have those magics available to anyone. He became a conduit through which divine energies are translated to arcane energies.
Ursos is not driven by worship as other Lesser Gods are (though he won't refuse it), rather he sees the use of arcane magics in all things a form of validating his existence.
Followers of Ursos are rare, and not organized like followers of other Gods. Those who would traditionally follow Ursos, typically are wizards, who instead have found all they need in the study of the arcane magics he provides. Those who do follow him, are chosen by him, and called to him for a divine purpose, though what that purpose is, is not always apparent to the follower.
Because the followers of Ursos do not erect prominent shrines and temples, knowledge of his existence is very rare, even among theological scholars.
