Hilltown
Hill Town is a small village more intent on surviving than growing their economy. Still, since meeting the merchant Lucky Richards, Hill Town has shifted their primary source of wealth and trade to the sell of Dwarven goods.
Hill Town has a long history, as the case may be, of positive relations with the Hill Dwarf folk of the Alderaen Foothills. Hill Town hosts the Fleetfoot Hill Dwarf tribe during their visits during the spring and summer when they are in the northern areas of their nomadic routes. In return, the Fleetfoot tribe hosts a large festival in Hill Town. During this festival the tribe trades goods with Hill Town that are later sold to a merchant named Lucky in return for Seed sowed into the local crop fields.
Demographics
Hilltown's residents are largely Human, and Halfling, save for a single Ogre.
Government
The Mayor of Hilltown leads most of the goings on in the village, defering to Moonslicer for defense.
Defences
Hilltown bears no walls, not defensive structures, depending on Garg and Moonslicer for defense. This seems to have worked out, as the Ogre and his sword scare off or kill any who attempt to enter will ill intent.
Infrastructure
Hilltown is the largest farming community in Ul'gol, seeding more land than any other with crystal wardings due to the lighter nature of the Foul. The thinning of the Foul's mists is due to the elevation of the hills upon which the village was built.
