Bonata (Bow-Na-ta)
Bonata is considered to be the most populated of the continents, with a wide variety of peoples that live here. The continent is vast and open, with only a few barriers to getting around to everything. The continent is divided up into 8 separate sections, 5 of these being countries, and the remaining 3 being populated with individual cities or small villages.
Bonata is also largely considered to be the safest continent, as it isn't the freezing Taegidria, under attack from the Wizard Spore or hobgoblin armies like Fliabloa, or have half the continent practically inaccessible like Dutraexus. Despite this, there is still plenty of danger and adventure for any adventurer willing to risk their lives to find it.
Geography
The continent is home to a wide variety of different biomes and geographies. Several areas are largely flat plains, with a few forests dotted in between, large forests in other areas, and a large desert in the north. There is a large archipelago to the northeast, a mountain range in the east and dividing the central and western portions, and two volcanic areas. A large gulf looms over the southern area of the continent, with rivers and lakes diving it in two.
Localized Phenomena
The thunderous jungle always has lightning storms going on surrounding the Temple of Lightning. The plant life here has adapted to feeding on the electricity that is constantly bombarding the ground.
The Temple of Light is surrounded by what is known as the Light Biome, a curious biome that is always daytime, and has strange crystalline structures around the entire area.
The Temple of Water is in the massive gulf, surrounded on all sides by water, but due to the death of Aria, is currently impossible to get to safely, with the area becoming known as the Dead Sea.
The Temple of Necromancy is surrounded by an undead wasteland, causing ghosts and other undead to wander aimlessly here. While the undead are largely contained to the area, fear of the undead escaping drive people away from this barren waste.
The Temple of Fire has turned the surrounding area into a ashen desert, where the time of day is difficult to read and the ground is soft and hot. travelling through here is difficult.
Climate
Aside from the deserts, the entire continent largely experiences the worst of all of the seasons. Warm and humid summers combined with harsh and freezing winters make up the majority of the weather in the continent.
