Rengigrad
"I think you can become colorblind just by visiting. Unimaginably gray."Rengigrad District is a residential district to the northeast of Gomino-Yama. It was built with the intention to provide cheap apartments for the workers in the North Industry Massive. While housing is low-cost as promised, the district has a number of social problems, including poverty, crime and high rates of mental illness. The project has also been criticized on more aesthetic grounds, mainly by inhabitants of Cherry Hillsides where some see the buildings as an ugly and bleak obstruction of the view.

History
The district was designed by and named after Russian architect Rengi Bulgakov, who had the vision of "a modern update of Soviet-era housing solutions". A curious error is that the East and West metro stations are named the wrong way around, due to planning miscalculations and the tight deadline for the project.
