Ruler of Forthrim for the last 102 years, King Steor has not had a completely untroubled reign. He faced several assassination attempts during his first few years as King, and at one point had even been stabbed in the thigh by an assassin who came close to carrying out his task. At the Battle of the River, King Steor suffered grievous wounds and now rarely appears in public.
