Personal history
Born of an unknown history to a relatively unknown Zhentarim agent named Jhennifer. Tilruc grew up on the streets of Baldur's gate and eventually was indoctrinated into the ranks of the Zhentarim eventually gaining the rank of Viper in the ranks of the Zhentarim. He was reassigned to Reddansyr when it was starting to be rebuilt under the guidance of a secret Ardragon named Lereal Boreux. Lereal Boreux ran the city as a free rebuilding town trying to establish a base of operations. When it was conquered in 1521 DR by the empire. Zhentarim agents in the court of the Djedfre convinced him that Tilruc would be ideal due to the dragonborn population. He was installed soon after as leader assigning his mentor Lereal to establish a new taskforce led by Lereal called the Coast Watch.
Currently, as vassal of Westgate he is actively working against Atticus Omnath to restablish a Zhentarim presence and hain control of the port city of Westgate.
