The crest of the Sky Dragon

When you land a critical hit against a creature, it must make a wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + Your proficiency bonus + your charisma modifier) or be frightened of you until the start of your next turn. If the target is undead or fiend it takes an additional 1d8 radiant damage whether it succeeds or fails.

Major crest:

All creatures take the additional 1d8 + Charisma modifier radiant damage and undead and fiends take 2d8 + Charisma modifier radiant damage instead.
