Based and Influenced by the world of Fire Emblem 風花雪月   Inspiration and Ideas also pulled from Saint Indech's Guide to Fodlan by Jacob "Jakkafang" Pamplin   Tradition, Lineage, Merit... The Three Rival Nations of Fódlan have coexisted for a few hundred years kept at relative peace due similar culture, and the church who oversees much of their relationship.   Situated in the south is Adrestia aka the Adrestian Empire Founded by Emperor Wilhelm Paul Hresvelg in Imperial Year 0 it is the oldest and most powerful of the three nations. Currently ruled by Monarch Emperor Ionius IX, slowly the empire has begun to decline in power and relevance creating a vacuum that several Adrestian Elites are wishing to capitalize on. The empire has the most land ownings, colonies and the most skilled Wizards in the Land. They are consistently pushing the bounds of what magic, technology, and crest are capable of.   To the north the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus created as a result of the War of Eagle and Lion where Loog of House Blaiddyd rallied the nobles of the Faerghus region in rebellion against the Empire (Roughly 400 years ago). Victorious at their final battle Tailtean Plains, the Kingdom was officially recognized by the Empire, leaving the Church of Seiros to mediate peace between the two sides when the embers settled. Since its independence the Kingdom strove to grow in power and influence to remain competitive with the power of the Adrestian Empire. It does this through land annexation, and setting up favorable arrangements with neighboring weaker nations, Sreng a desert nation to their north and setting their sights on the Sacre Gwenhwyvar region of South Duscur, a neighboring nation to their West. Of the 3 nations, Faerghus is known to have the most skilled warriors and horseback cavaliers in Fódlan.   Less than a century after the independence of the Kingdom, the Leicester region also rebelled against the Empire, which found itself unable to assert total control. The Kingdom saw an opportunity to increase its political power and invaded, occupying and annexing Leicester. I.Y 881, upon the death of their ruling archduke, the nobles of Leicester once again fought for independence. The Crescent Moon War ended in I.Y 901 with the founding of the Leicester Alliance underneath House Riegan. The alliance currents boast the most skilled bowmen and wyvern cavaliers in the land. The Alliance now operates as a federation of dukedoms working together to maintain their self-autonomy from both the kingdom and empire.   The Leicester Alliance finds itself under constant threat especially from the Eastern Nation of Almyra, a barbarian nation. That asserts territorial claims throughout Leicester. A cold war has been taking place for nearly the last 200 years with both sides skirmishing in Fodlan's Throat (Mountain Range), slowly tension have been ramping up.   Among all these nations the Central Church sits. Helping maintain stability in the 3 nations. They established the officer's academy to educate and foster cooperation between the nations. Students of status, influence, and money attend this school to receive some of the best education the peninsula can provide.   It is now Imperial Year 1152, turmoil has begun to wash over the land yet again. For those with keen senses it is becoming more apparent that a great changeis on the horizon. What does the future have in store for the land of Fodlan?
