Naming Traditions

Unisex names

Tieflings don't have gendered names, unless they're using ancient human ones. Tieflings are fond of naming themselves after ideals and abstract concepts as a way to tell the world exactly who they are or who they won't to be.

Family names

Some tieflings will still use their human ancestors' family name but many don't have family names anymore. There's a few that have clan and gang names as their "family" names.

Ideals

Beauty Ideals

For many tieflings large and intricate horns are considered beautiful, but they tend to focus on beauty you can control. Tattoos, jewellery and clothing are where beauty is found and the more outrageous and garish the better. Beauty to a tiefling is synonymous with originality.
