Nightshade

The Capital of Hemlock is sacred ground it is the hub of Halfling religion. Almost all lycanthropy rituals are performed here and thus it is common to see were-creatures roaming in their beast forms. Because of this the city is left mostly natural with most paths carved out over time.

Government

The head of the Halfling Government which is subsequently also the Head of the Halfling Military lives here. The Dyad run the country from here unless they are at battle then they are on the front lines rallying the troops together.
