Dwarves are accustomed to the colder temperatures and tend to live in high altitudes giving them strong lungs.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Mountain dwarves eat mostly fungus, bugs, cave dwelling animals, and the rare plant that doesn't need sunlight. dwarven scientists are currently creating ways to turn rock and minerals into edible substances. Meanwhile hill dwarves do a lot of farming and have plenty of livestock to manage.

Beauty Ideals
Dwarves find beards especially large, clean, and intricately braided ones very attractive. They are also partial to stockier builds. The wider or thicker you are the more beautiful.
Gender Ideals
Dwarves have matriarchal society due to their worship of The Forgemaiden so all leadership roles tend to be women. As male and female dwarves don't look very different women will sometimes wear headbands or arm bands as a signifer. Non binary Dwarves will sometimes cut their hair or beard to present their gender.
Courtship Ideals
Dwarves love for knowledge extends to how they view courtship. Their main way to show affection is to learn as much about their partner and about their interests, and offering new information to their partners that they believe they would enjoy. With higher status dwarves courting gets competitive since being chosen by a woman in power is a huge honor.
Relationship Ideals
Dwarven society is primarily polyandry, dwarven women will have multiple husbands (and wives), the more partners the higher your status. Dwarves get very competitive when trying to prove to a Dwarven woman that they are a worthy partner.
Common Dress Code
Dwarves live in cold climates so they are pretty much always covered. The more body hair you show off the more revealing or provoctaive you are considered.

Despite their love for knowledge Dwarves fear magic especially arcane magic as their scholars are fairly certain arcane magic is what caused the first generation of people to collapse.
