The hub of the mystical Elven homeland. The greatest arcane minds convene here to share their knowledge, the Grand Magisters hold court here, all the Elven people from the nocturnal Drow to the fey Eladrin all mingle here. It is truly the heart of the Elves.

Demographics

All the Elven peoples can be found somewhere within this bustling Capital. The Drow run the nightlife making it as lively and diverse as the daytime. The Wood Elves can be found tending to the flora and assisting animals throughout the city. The High Sun and Moon Elves can be found studying in the vast libraries or debating lore. The Eladrin can be found all over depending what season they are in. The Shadar Kai can be found tending to the dead and embracing the sorrowful arts. And the Sea Elves can be found in the rivers and pools around the city but are often just visiting to share their gifts from the sea.

Government

The 8 Magisters run the country with their chambers being located in the capital. Each with their own tower and a collective tower where they all convene. There is one Magister dedicated to each known school of magic, and this Magister is considered the very best in their field.
