Being exceedingly young and not especially intelligent, Kirothil has mostly instinctual relationships. He is joined at the hip with his twin brother, Bakhli, and both of them are quite dependent on their parents Tiacar and Etzlend. Kirothil also has three elder siblings, Risabi, Krolarkarr, and Kalazhizh, but doesn't have much of an opinion about them.
