Ro
Ironically, the drug for fey has directly lead to the creation of a drug for the humanoids of the Mortal Phase as well. There is a particularly clever fey by the name of Eden Gembay who either learned of, discovered, or created—depending on whom you ask—The Hushing Door, which is the most stable portal between The Whimsey and The Mortal Phase.
Eden discovered that a particular berry from a bush native to The Whimsey, when dried and pulverized, makes mortals feel euphoric. But more importantly, it gives them a curious obsession with fire. The more they stare into fire, the more joyful they feel. Eden has been feeding the drug to mortals, then creating Whims when they are at their peak joyful high watching fires (usually ones they set themselves). That they are often too inebriated to leave the scene of their own inferno is a small price to pay as far as Eden is concerned.
Eden is addicted to their own stash of joy Whims, but they also have been selling a lot of it in the Whimsey for top prices.
The drug has begun circulating independently of Eden's stash, often being cut and re-sold with other ingredients, lessening the quality (and making the high useless to Eden) and is being referred to as "Ro" which is short for "pyro."
