Archmage of Tydonrosia Aalar Kindro Frostwind

Aalar Frostwind is a high elf that comes from Galakrond, and is considered one of the most powerful mages that walked on Faymare. He is considered the best writer and researcher in all of the Sogulut Blossom. Among these prestigious titles, he is also known as the creator of multiple elementals and constructs, the most notable ones being the Void and Cyclonic Maelstroms.
He also had a part in world-wide history, being the force that brought power back to his ancient ancestor and in turn his family name, resulting in one of the grandest and most powerful families in the world. The Frostwind name is known far and wide as royalty, archmages, and kings.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Aalar is very agile, often managing to outrun foes that he encounters on his adventures. He is not strong, however, and often finds himself overpowered by many creatures and demons.

Body Features

Aalar is very pale, with a yellow tint to his white skin. His long, pale blonde hair reaches down to the center of his back. He often braids the two front sides of his hair.

Facial Features

Aalars face is very sharp and jagged. His chin is piercing, and his cheekbones are stern and stand out from his face. He is often seen as handsome.

Aalar has a birthmark on his back, shaped like a wad of putty.

Special abilities

Aalar is able to perform the spells that archmages and master wizards perform. He is also able to conjure up new elementals and aberrations using many resources and a lot of time.

Apparel & Accessories

Aalar often wears long robes, adorned with golden studs along the seams. When adventuring, he wears short shirts and long, tight pants with multiple belts and a pocket for his book.

Specialized Equipment

Aalar uses a crystal given to him by his teacher to conjure spells through. Although he is able to conjure spells without a catalyst, he finds using the crystal to be invigorating.

Aalar was taught as a child by a man named Garrus Redmane, the same man that freed him from the Drow.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Aalar created the Void and Cyclonic Maelstroms, as well as many other creatures. He is also responsible for the establishment of the Frostwind name. Aalar also later became the Archmage of Tylian College, which he renamed College of Tydonrosia in memory of his lost college.

Failures & Embarrassments

Aalar caused his entire college, The College of Tydonrosia, to disappear when he allowed the Void Maelstrom he created to get loose and take the college to a plane. Aalar has not been able to find it since. He also was unable to fully kill Antarch, allowing him to escape The Void and wreak havoc on Faymare many years later.

Mental Trauma

Aalar suffers from PTSD from his days as a slave underneath the Drow.
