Wargear


Shield: Models equipped with a shield may re-roll saves of 1.
Spiritstave: This unit gains +2 to casting rolls if it chooses the Lore of Spirits.
Spotter animal: This model may ignore the effects of Stealth, and is considered to have line of sight to any models within 12".  

Special Rules


Blast: If a weapon with this attack hits a unit, make a wound roll for each model in the target unit.
Cavalry: This unit may re-roll failed charges. It also may not enter buildings. Any turn on which this unit charges it may re-roll failed wound rolls, this is a Charge Bonus.
Duellist: This model may treat any weapon that does not have Large Weapon as a Light Weapon.
Hunter Lord: This model may make 6 attacks with it's Hunting Bow during each Shooting Phase.
Inspirational: Whilst a model with this rule is on the battlefield, any friendly unit may re-roll any failed bravery tests.
Light Weapon: A model equipped with two light weapons may double their attacks when attacking with one.
Limited Magic: This model may only know spells from the lore presented as part of this rule.
Loremaster: This unit may attempt to cast a second spell in each magic phase. This attempt suffers a -2 penalty to the casting roll, and may be the same spell as cast earlier in the phase.
Magic Adept: This unit may attempt to cast spells as described in the Magic Rules.
Magic Initiate: This unit may attempt to cast spells as described in the Magic Rules.
Summoner: This unit may re-roll the casting attempt required by the Summon rule.
Supplemental Weapon:
Terrifying: Enemy units within 3" of this model must take battleshock even if they have suffered no casualties. Enemy units that have suffered casualties suffer -1 leadership.
Warlord: This unit must be your General. Your army may only ever include a single Warlord.  

Army Abilities

An Orc Warclans army has access to the following army ability. They may also select one of the Paths in the table below and gains the benefit listed in that Path's column. They may also select an item of wargear, your general gains the benefit listed.  

Starguided Orc Army Ability

If a model with this ability has suffered any number of wounds when it makes it's attacks, it may make one extra. In addition, do not remove models slain during the combat phase that have this ability until the end of the phase, they may act as normal.

Starguided Orc Paths


Path of the StarsPath of the Ancients
At the beginning of each of your turns, you gain one Path counter. At the end of each movement phase, you may discard any number of Path counters you have. For each Path counter you discard, you may select a friendly unit. That unit is removed from the battlefield and may be set up anywhere more than 9" from an enemy unit.Each time an enemy unit is destroyed you gain one Path counter. When you choose a unit to fight, you may discard a Path counter if you have one. If you do, that unit may re-roll wound rolls for the rest of the combat phase.

Reigns of the Lost WorldThis may only be chosen if your general has the Cavalry
rule. Friendly units within 6" that have the Cavalry rule may add 2 to charge rolls.
Weapon of the Astral PlaneWound rolls of 6 made by this model deal one mortal wound
to the target in addition to the normal damage.
Pelt of the Great BeastEach time this model suffers a wound roll a dice. On a result of 5+ that wound is ignored.
