Voogy Saga
Found the party at My Precious Dungeon. Waited for them at the surface to get Zosime Longblade .
The party did not attack when they met the Singing and Joyful Voogy. They were oblivious enough to convince him they had no clue who or where the Elf Zosime was. They did hint that other people were in the Dungeon with the Snake Lady
They later encountered Voogy at the StarMantle - Dock District, while waiting for their contact behind warehouse #2 - during step 2 of What's this Junk?
Zosime stayed in the shadows but let slip that he was not the original courier and didn't know who Jangles was. Voogy agreed to pay him, but never saw his face
The group later discovered that Voogy visited Cernan's apartment at the Boarding Inn, and thoroughly trashed it, looking for the "Package"
