Outer area leading to StarMantle where the city's graveyards are (for the lesser citizens), and public executions occur.

After leaving StarMantle for the 1st voyage to New Duloc, the Party stumbled upon an execution of 2 prisoners.
Cernan was adamant they must be released. Through fog and a small flying demon, the Party freed Alin and Saul from the cages.
