Luciano Rossi

Luciano is a cool dude and general helping hand for the Syndicate, he isn't much of a criminal but he didn't have any family and Tino decided to take him in. He is the main mechanic for the shop and generally just hangs around and makes things easier for the rest of the gang. He is a kind man, but deathly loyal to the Syndicate.
