Wildefolc

The rare few who not only dwell outside of established settlements but are also reasonably accepted by citizens of Aloue'un. These people wander the land gathering materials of the natural world and hunting Nīthissaunt. To them, nothing is to be wasted. The Nīthissaunt's skin is salvaged for leather, their flesh and organs used as food, and their claws and teeth as tools. Contrary to popular belief, they are not a primitive people, the wildefolc simply make do with what is available. Their relationship with the "civilised" people of Aloue'un is symbiotic. Alchemists long for rare ingredients, tanners require hides, and eccentrics with more money than sense wish to taste exotic meals made of the flesh of monsters. In exchange, the Wildefolc are happy to take advantage of a smith's weapons, the alchemist's potions and currency is never looked down on. This isn't to say that they lack their own artisans, but not every clan will cover every trade, and towns are sure places for many things.   The Wildefolc are wide and varied as many of the other cultures found across human societies, and familiarity with one clan may not necessarily get you far with another.
