King
King, or king regnant, is the title given to a male monarch in a variety of contexts. The female equivalent is queen/queen regnant, while the title of queen on its own usually refers to the consort of a king.

Royal Bloodline
Requirements
The Firstborn in the royal bloodline will be granted this title. Sometimes it defaults to the firstborn of a certain gender.
Appointment
A king is made when the ruling king either steps down, or dies. Then the title is passed on to the king's heir.
Duties
The duty of a king is to keep the kingdom running safely and smoothly.
Responsibilities
As a king, their sole responsibilities are to rule over their kingdom, and maintain relationships with neighboring ones.
Benefits
The king is granted immense wealth, and nearly any possession they desire. As kings, they have nearly indominable political power, and are at the top of the political hierarchy.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
A King can be usurped by either a direct challenge, death, or an uprising of the people.
