Citizens of Vacrain are exclusively Humans, Elves, and Half-Elves. They spend years at sea without seeing land, focusing on their own technological advances and research.
Foreign Relations
Vacrain has weak relations with any other nations, keeping to itself and changing locations. When Vacrain makes landfall, the citizens sell their inventions and magical progress in exchange for research materials and knowledge as well as local specialties that they then cultivate on board while at sea.
