Uktharan Tribe
A tribe of blue skinned orcs that live in the northeastern Swina Marshes. Isolated due to their location, they have developed a unique way of life.
Structure
Led by their Chieftain, the orcs of Uktharad are free divers and incredible fishermen.
Culture
Masters of their craft, Uktharans value swimming ability and fishing prowess over all else. Combat is a large priority as well, being necessary to capture Ocean Discs , and can create a hierarchy in itself. The Uktharans fish in groups of 3-5, each member having their own job on the trip. Whoever own the canoe they travel on selects other orcs to be part of their crew.
Assets
Ocean sapphires have become a luxury item in Dolinde, The Twinned City and allowed the Uktharans to establish trade with the city. Their knowledge of aquatic creatures in the Swina Marshes is valuable to researchers as well.
Demography and Population
Almost entirely Orcs, very few outsiders have been allowed to live among them. Rare instances of interbreeding has happened, but the tribe exiles both parents as half-blood children are seen as weaker than the orcs.
Foreign Relations
Hostile towards Bawic, conflict between the two isn't uncommon. The exception to this is while within Dolinde, The Twinned City. Both tribes understand proper conduct and the importance of remaining in the city's good graces.
