Chimaeras
The largest population and least organized of the Sea Devils. Chimaeras are Yokai who have lost most of their sanity. Led by the strongest who are able to lead, Chimaeras are wildly unpredictable and the most violent Sea Devils.
Driven by a need to satiate their addiction, they pillage and consume whatever they can. Targeting Vacrain for its Grit but also vulnerable coastlines, eating creature that are dense in magical energy when Grit is not available.
