Demographics
25% of infected are cult members and 80% of the population are infected most of the upper class where uninfected and non. mostly human but travelers of other races settled down so you get seemingly random races show up, including at least 2 dwarfs 1 teafling and 6 half elfs
Government
mostly anarchy but a few guards of the land owner and the plague doctor association act as law enforcement but have no law to refer too. the noble taxes incoming merchants at extreme rates noticed by the citizens who are tax free. there was a farmers guild all who have fallen sick an unable to work.
Defences
only the now 2 of the nobles guard and 10 combat ready plague doctors.
Industry & Trade
lumber trade and small amounts of food production and "tourism" kept the town just about running. they also are used to smuggle things in and out of Renglees as there small population and large market lets them run and store illegal good with ease
Infrastructure
lumber mill, small shopping district as well as a slue of different inn's, as it is a stopping place for many travelers in the past.

5 well off houses one of which has been robbed a robbed noble house and a surprisingly wealthy inn. lots of illigal goods hidden in caches underground owned by the Red club and Criminal individuals
Guilds and Factions
plague doctors association some of the best skilled doctors in the land all with a military rejection background. either for being the wrong race, sex or being part of a priest hood. The red club also has a large number of associates both living in and near the town operating through the Safe inn. this is also one of the few places The clot swarm has set up
History
it has a shot history of good tourism and travel with little happening which most people appreciated
Tourism
the Safe inn has great drinks and a nice bar keep the shopping district was a nice place before it was the scene of the mass infection starting the plague, some travelers may want to see what the local artificer is tinkering with others use it as a stopping point for further travel mainly too Renglees.
