Europa is a continent holding many countries but two power houses at war, Mevius and Kandabar, Mevius is a Human majority country run by a king built on a religion that despises necromancy and is weary about magic usage while Kandabar is a Elvin majority civilization who loves magic and believe in freedom of all magical expression run by a council of 9 elves and one human in a sudo democratic state.
Europa is also filled with many other smaller countries each with a unique population generally having a majority of specific native race
