A wood elven hunter the party met in Ur Deyn. Isa was wary of the party on account of them capturing Steve and questioning Isa himself about Arcaito, seeming to imply he was involved with them, but he eventually warmed up enough to tell them the vaguest details of his own experience with the fey.

When you're told a particular elf is strong, you'd usually assume "oh! this person is probably sinewy and compact, right?"
Isa is an Actually Buff Elf. Very stronk. Many musculature.

Isa can transform his nails into long, dark claws dripping with acid, seemingly at will.

Personal history
Isa claimed to Meallan in session 23 that he demanded magic from the fey and they granted it to him. He denies being involved in any contract with an archfey, but nonetheless cautioned the party that the fey do not make gaining their magic easily, implying it was still a tricky process for him. He said that he interacted with multiple fey of varying elements/domains to gain his powers.
