While one might assume they could easily get away with committing an act of crime, the enforcement dueled out by kabots-kemn or, servers of the throne, is swift. They are found at most every corner and you can never get away from their eyes unless in the privacy of your own home. They are also called Fl piku dív by the townspeople many of the kabots-kemms think themselves above the lower class.

Many tourists visit the town hall as the sobyí is displayed there. The sobyí is the legal document containing all of the laws for Khstana. While amendments have been made to the sacred text as advancements take them to the next step, many of the original rules have been kept in place as a way to honor the heritage.

Since amendments have to be made to the sobyí as time moves forward, they appoint a tuzo to look over the text and see if anything needs to be changed as they move forward in time. Every five years, a new tuzo gets appointed since they want to keep fresh eyes on the sobyí.

Agriculture & Industry

Khstana is an agricultural power. One of their main harvests is cacti of many different types. They also raise livestock such as cows in high numbers Since those who are able to obtain a piece of grassland will use it as much as they can to make money.

Education

There is no law put in place to make children go to school as many parents would rather have them at home, helping with work. Since children are not required, many don't even have a elementary school level of knowledge. However, they have high knowledge in life skills and different fields depending on how they are put to work. There is only one college in the entire country, located in the capital city, and very few townspeople will ever go. There are a few primary schools scatter around, and even fewer secondary schools.
